Are you an approved vendor with my organization?
Yes! Everything that we sell in the store has been approved by your national board as well as any third party licensing company.
There are no products/designs for my sorority/organization. Can I still request an order?
If you would like to request a custom bulk order and you do not currently see your organization listed on our site, please reach out to us (firstname.lastname@example.org) as we still may be able to create an order for you.
What is the minimum order quantity for a Bulk Order?
Our minimum order quantity is typically 25 pieces. However, depending on your garment or design, it could be more or less. Please email us your sample design at email@example.com.
How much does shipping cost for a custom Bulk Order?
Charge you for shipping? We wouldn't dare. Enjoy free standard shipping (domestically) on all custom bulk orders.
The product I want is out of stock. What can I do?
Once you select the size/color you’re interested in, an “EMAIL ME WHEN THIS PRODUCT IS RESTOCKED!" box will pop-up. Make sure the correct size and/or color is selected, enter your email address and click Subscribe.
Out of stock products that have high demand are often restocked and you’ll be the first to know when they become available! In the meantime, check out some of our other products for sale - there's lots to love at ppeony.com :)
