When will my order ship?

US orders take 3-8 business days to be delivered with standard shipping.

*Please note that orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

How do I change my shipping address?

No problem! Email with your order number and new shipping address. A member of our Customer Support Team will be able to update your order for you.

*Once your order is shipped, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address.

Will I receive a confirmation email?

All orders should receive an email confirming your order and shipping details. If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you are still unable to locate the email, contact for assistance.

Can I add another item to my order?

Unfortunately, we're unable to add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and email to let us know. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hours of the original order.

Do all orders include a tracking number?

Not all orders will include a tracking number. For these orders, you will need to allow the full number of business days (depending on your selection) to pass for final delivery.

For orders with First Class Package, Priority Mail, or Priority Express Mail shipping a tracking number will be provided to you.
